Replacement Policy

We only accept replacement requests in the following cases:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Share your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and an unedited parcel opening video clearly showing the package being opened from the beginning.
• Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
